Who all needs to apply?

All tenants aged of 18 years or older are required to complete a rental application for the apartment.

Is Legacy Bend pet friendly?

Here at Legacy Bend Apartments we gladly accept up to two pets per unit. There is a non-refundable pet fee due at time of signing the lease along with a monthly pet fee per animal. Service animals are accepted.
